    With thousands of hours of project management experience, Amanda brings cross-sector operational experience spanning education, nonprofit, food, and retail environments. Her work centers on translating growth through people into realized business structures; clarifying workflows, defining ownership, and managing change in a way that holds.

    Having lived and worked in the United States, South Korea, and Afghanistan, Amanda approaches operational design with cultural awareness, strategic depth, and a long-term lens.
